The hotel was tucked away in a corner and clean, but everything else was excellent. However, my room did not get serviced that day even though I removed my sign, and it was located on the Interstate side of the hotel.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. They went over-and-above to fix any issues we had, and it's so impressive that I'll actively seek out a Drury Inn in the area when I travel again. The staff even left a bagged stack of towels and a note apologizing outside our door later on, which was a nice touch.

The location was great, nice, and clean Woodstock towels. It was perfect for taking my pups on long walks, only about 10 minutes from downtown Greenville. The area was friendly and helpful, near a Whole Foods grocery store, and had space for dogs to run around.

The dining experience was alright overall. The food was really good and light, but they had the same exact menu every day, and their fake eggs were the worst I've ever had. I ended up getting a box of pop tarts for my morning meals in my second week of stay. The price was reasonable.

Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, and although it wasn't spotless, everything else about the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, the room wasn't serviced as expected. The service was a mix of very friendly and efficient interactions along with some less friendly moments. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring Greenville, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining experience had a nice variety of options, although the menu remained the same each day, resulting in some dissatisfaction. The hotel's facilities were good overall.
